FIELD: constructions of high pressure vessels. SUBSTANCE: high pressure bottle includes housing in the form of tubular envelope whose diameter decreases towards its ends; two sleeves arranged coaxially with housing. At least one sleeve is provided with closed turning restricted by second-order surfaces. Edge of tubular envelope is arranged between said surfaces. Closed turning is restricted by two surfaces mutually joined along closed curve line. Non-detachable joint of housing and sleeve is in the form of welded seam. After orienting first sleeve, second sleeve is placed inside tubular blank. Fixation of first sleeve and formation of mouth for second sleeve are performed simultaneously. Then second sleeve is moved until it rests upon inner surface of mouth with effort determined according to given formula: F = Ptest Sop., where Ptest is testing pressure; S op. is area of mouth opening. Spacing device is provided with unit for measuring spacing effort; nut is provided with outer cone thread and unit for rotating it. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety of bottles. 8 cl, 6 dwg
