FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process field and cutting and can be used during the manufacturing of pressure vessel for long-term storage and transportation of compressed and liquefied gas, mainly for manufacturing of carbon-dioxide fire extinguishers. It is implemented turning of pipe blank edge and part of surface for formation of mouth by means of the first breaking-down. Then it is implemented edge annealing of cogged part of blank, turning of the bottom open part of pipe blank for breaking-down. After it is implemented double-ended breaking-down and final moulding of mouth. It is implemented bottom turning for mechanical press fitting and welding. Additionally mechanical integration of body with the bottom is implemented by means of press fitting of its external edge into the internal treated hole of body with following welding of body connection to bottom and nick in mouth with providing of slot for connecting pipe.
EFFECT: improved reliability and quality of vessel.
