FIELD: mobile communication systems. SUBSTANCE: mobile communication system that functions to transmit data in frame block has base station device and terminal device. Transmitter has controller that divides both first and next frames into first interval and second interval next to first one. In service transmission mode controller transmits data of respective frames during first interval of first frame and second interval of second frame and stops data transmission during second interval of first frame and first interval of second frame. Terminal device has receiver designed to process data received, service transmission identifier designed to identify final service transmission base station by analyzing level of received signal, and controller that supplies receiver with signal transmitted by given base station during first interval of first frame and second interval of second frame; controller also feeds service transmission identifier with signals conveyed by other base stations during second interval of first frame and first interval of second frame. EFFECT: facilitated separation of transmission and no-transmission intervals of frame sent on service transmission request. 53 cl, 10 dwg
