SUBSTANCE: composition contains whipped mass for preparation of the first layer of sweet center including sugar, treacle, agar, egg albumen, concentrated milk, butter, citric acid, and vanillin; fruit-and-gel mass for preparation of the second layer of sweet center including sugar, treacle, agar, raspberry precooking, citric acid, raspberry essence and red color; composition also includes chocolate glaze. All components are taken in determined ratio in mas.%. The product possesses original taste combining taste of raspberry with whipped milk cream with slight flavor of cacao with milk, and aroma of vanillin due to synergism of ingredients containing in sweets composition. Pleasant appearance is created due to giving fruit-and-gel layer of red color. EFFECT: reduced caloricity. 1 tbl
