FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting conjunctiva and Tenon capsule. The Tenon capsule is separated from sclera. Y-shaped spectral transplant base is cut producing two strips 5-6 mm before the bifurcation point. Then it is brought under the Tenon capsule and arranged on the posterior thin pole of the eye in the yellow spot projection embracing the optic nerve. Then the transplant strips are brought aside below and above the external direct muscle. The four ends of the transplant are sutured below and above the internal and external direct muscle. EFFECT: accelerated operation method; reduced risk of complications.
