FIELD: metalloorganic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel furylphosphines of the formula (I): where n mean a whole number 1 or 2; R1 means hydrophilic group taken among the following groups: -SO2M,-SO3M,-CO2M,-PO3M where M means inorganic or organic cationic residue taking among proton, cations of alkaline or alkaline-earth metals, ammonium cations -N(R)4 where R means hydrogen atom or C1-C 14-alkyl and other cations comprise metals and water-soluble salts of the following acids: furylsulfinic, furylcarboxylic, furylsulfonic or furylphosphonic; m means a whole number 1; R2 means hydrophilic group -SO2M,-SO3M,-CO2M,-PO3M where M means hydrogen atom or alkaline metal and water- -soluble salts of the following acids: furylsulfinic, furylcarboxylic, furylsulfonic or furylphosphonic; p means a whole number from 0 to 2. Compounds of the formula (I) form metalloorganic complexes with transient metals of 8-th group of Periodic systems of elements that can be used as catalysts of the following chemical reactions: hydroformylation and hydrocarbonylation of olefins, hydrogenation of olefins, saturated aldehydes, acids, enamides and nitroaromatic compounds, isomerization and hydrocyaniding of olefins. EFFECT: improved methods of synthesis. 7 cl, 5 tbl, 29 ex
