FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing into pulp 2-oxetanone-based glue for controlling sheet hydrophobicity. Glue is prepared from more than one branched-chain and straight-chain fatty acid, with main chain having 6-22 carbon atoms bound with one another through saturated bonds. Printing paper comprises calcium carbonate used as filler and deposited in neutral or alkaline atmosphere.
