FIELD: pipe line fittings; dampening pressure fluctuations in pipe line fittings. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has body made in form of truncated cone widening in way of flow of working fluid with central perforated pipe line. Body is covered with sound-absorbing coat; corrugated perforated pipe line is made from elastic material and is located between two branch pipes; cavity between pipe line and body is filled chaotically with metal wire (wire waste); device is provided with shim washer for control of this cavity; shim washer is fitted on one of branch pipes provided with bypass ports with membranes; other branch pipe is used as pipe line volume regulator.
