FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for reprocessing or worn-out tyres reinforced by metal and other rubber articles by treatment with ozone. Proposed device has working chamber connected with charging hatch and recycled products discharging hatch, device for delivering ozone containing gas into working chamber and rubber articles breaker. Working chamber of variable volume is made in form of cylindrical flexible ozone-resistant envelope manufactured of dielectric polymeric material. Working chamber is provided with movable upper lower plates. Articles charging hatch cover is secured on upper plate. Detachable punch is installed on cover from inner side. Recycled products discharging hatch cover is mounted on lower plate being hinge coupled with plate. At least three controllable pneumatic cylinders are uniformly spaced over perimeter of working chamber from outer. Pneumatic cylinders are hinge-connected with upper and lower plates of working chamber. SHF generators and chamber interlock are mounted on lower plate of working chamber.
