All diagnostic criteria scores calculated by using Baers formula are summed up. The received score sum is used for predicting complications and prescribing anti-ulcer treatment courses to patients in the cases of exacerbation or control fibrogastroduodenoscopic examination twice a year. Ulcer exacerbation signs being detected, ulcer treatment course or gastroentorological monitoring is indicated. Anti-ulcer preventive treatment courses are to be administered at least twice a year in spring or autumn time. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
