FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has elongated casing having internal cavity oriented along its longitudinal axis. Unit for fastening cutting member connected to control unit performs restricted longitudinal movements inside the cavity. To make visceral organs resection, the casing has movable and fixed fragments. The fragments are detachable along the conjugation line. The movable fragment has variable position relative to the fixed fragment with angle between conjugated fragment planes growing from 0 to 90 deg. The cavity oriented along long sides of the fragments has guiding members for moving fastening member of the cutting member. The cutting member has two mirror- symmetric blades belonging each to its own cavity in the casing fragment, the conjugation line of each of them is in parallel relation to longitudinal symmetry axis. The blades touch each other with their edges. Through slits are available in lateral wall of the working part of the casing. Slit height is dependant on thickness of organ to be excised. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; enabled complex cuts to be done; high accuracy of operation. 15 cl, 2 dwg
