FIELD: medical equipment, applicable for dissection of muscular tissue, applicable for dissection of the pancreas during the pancreatic-duodenal resection and other operations on the organs of the abdominal cavity. SUBSTANCE: the instrument has hinge-joined branches and a U- shaped housing with longitudinal slots. The branch ends with blades are installed in the slots. The housing and one of the branches are made integral. The second branch is spring-loaded relative to the housing and has two parallel blades in one of the slots of the housing. The blades are sunk relative to the contour of the slot and installed in grooves the distance between which corresponds to the thickness of the tissue layer. The tissue is cut out for biological analysis. EFFECT: reduced time for dissection of tissue and taking of its test. 3 dwg
