FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling stock current collectors. Proposed device comprises frame, movable upper and lower members with contact element and lifting mechanism. Device is made in form of bell cranks including lower lifting members and levers coupled with spring whose reduced free length corresponds to point to extreme of function Hf = f(Q), where Q characterizes position of lever connected to spring relative to length of frame limited by hinge joints of bell cranks, and angle γ between axes of arms of bell crank is defined by relationship γ = π-α-Qe-(ϕi-ϕf)(1-k)/2, where α is angle taking into account position of length of current collector frame connecting hinge joints of bell cranks relative to horizontal, deg; Qe is angle corresponding to extremum of function of corrected free length of function of corrected free length of spring Hf = f(Q), deg; ϕi-ϕf is designed initial and final positions of bell cranks; k is coefficient taking into consideration displacement of point of extremum of flexible characteristic relative to middle of working stroke of bell crank. EFFECT: provision of reliable operation of current collector owing to constant pressure of current collecting devices on wire at change of height of suspension. 3 cl, 4 dwg
