FIELD: railway transport; current collectors of rolling stock.
SUBSTANCE: current collector suspension contains frame, upper and lower lifting frames with shafts and lifting springs and it is provided with adjustable cranks made in form of bushing with plate and clamp with adjusting holes. Clamp is installed for movement, and distance between adjusting holes is found from equations: on clamp - tc=(1+Nr)xΔR where tc is hole pitch on clamp depending on size of locking pin or bolt, mm; Nr in number of hole rows, pc: ΔR is recommended crank radius change pitch, mm; on plate - tp=(2+Nr)xΔR. Displacement of rows on plate relative to each other is determined by relationship tr=NrxΔR . Arms of arrangement of axis of adjusting holes on plate relative to center of bushing and from axis of corresponding holes on clamp to center of hole of connection of lifting spring on clamp are not equal to each other. Invention provides reliable operation of current collector owing to stability of pressure of current-collecting devices onto current conductor at change of height of its suspension and possibility of use of springs differing in rate.
EFFECT: improved reliability in operation.
