FIELD: railway transport; measurement facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises measuring channels, each made in form of series-connected pickup of mechanical oscillations caused by contact of wheels with rails, matching unit, discrimination unit of moment sign (du/dt) of first derivative built around analog-to-digital converter, pulse chaper according to leading and trailing edges, and timer-to-digit converter. Reference frequency spectrum generator is connected to time-to-digit converter and also decision making unit connected with display unit. Decision making unit is connected by some inputs to first, second and, through unit, to third time-to-digit converters. EFFECT: improved reliability of results and possibility of making decisions basing on multiple level criterium. 2 dwg
