FIELD: overhaul and underground repair of operating wells, elimination of paraffin, hydrate and ice plugs in pipe clearance and tubular annulus in wells fitted with sucker-rod pump plants. SUBSTANCE: operation to form technological through hole in chuck which creates inclined channel to communicate atmosphere with tubular annulus is carried out at wellhead. Direction of axial line of through hole is established on condition that electric heating unit with rigid body is freely inserted into tubular annulus. Through hole is formed by means of pilot bore of small diameter with installation of bridge. Then bore of drilled out and thread is cut in it. Sealing unit is fixed in thread and bridge is broken. Electric heating unit is run into tubular annulus on logging cable. Hole is burnt through in plug. Working substance is pumped through hole in plug till it is completely eliminated. EFFECT: expanded stock of operating wells fitted with sucker-rod pump plants. 2 dwg
