FIELD: oil-producing industry; applicable in overhaul and production maintenance of wells. SUBSTANCE: connected with surface power supply source is electric heater with help of cable seventh conductor. All working conductors of cable from side of power supply source under conditions of heating are connected to single-phase current. Under conditions of ohmic resistance, the conductors are connected in pairs and separated in three groups and connected to three-phase current. Free seventh conductor of cable is connected to electrode of electric heater or to electromagnetic vibrator. Under heating conditions on multiconductor cable, electric heater is loaded into annular space. To reduce sliding friction forces, gravitation moving force is additionally augmented by setting up of vibration field. After formation of channel in plug and its passage, low ohmic resistance of cable is engaged at which full breakage of plug, both, in annular space and in tubing internal space is attained. Possibility of breakage of hydrate-paraffin plugs is intensified in annular space of wells of sickle-shaped configuration and complicated with regular stepped obstacles.
