FIELD: medicine, pulmonology, functional diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: one should conduct stimulation-based electroneuromyography from respiratory muscles both at the state of rest and during loading test. Provoking respiratory sampling is used as loading test by applying Frolov's apparatus. Fatigue degree and stage of fatigue syndrome is established according to M-response amplitude value. The present method enables to differentiate fatigue syndrome in respiratory muscles against other respiratory lesions. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction. 1 tbl
