FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining forced exhalation volume per 1 s in screening examination in dynamic mode: twice with one year pause. The results of examination are recorded in medical documents. Patient state is evaluated relative to the forced exhalation volume per 1 s level recorded in the first examination. The level being dropped more than by 50 ml in one year, chronic dust bronchitis is to be diagnosed in the case. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis in dusty production workers.
