Plates are manufactured of superelastic titanium nickelide and fixed between layers of enclosing cover. Width of insert exceeds transverse size of sole. Longitudinal clearance is provided in set of plates at the level of sole lateral edge. Orthopedic insert may be used for treating club feet.
