FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and means of preparation of fuel for internal combustion engines. According to invention, fuel gets through inlet hole 2 of housing 1 into inlet space 12 where it is subjected to turbulization and is divided into two flows. Central flow passes into central channel 14 in which fuel is stirred owing to passing through series-connected divergent spaces 15. Fuel of peripheral flow is separated into components passing through peripheral holes 8 of separator 4 and is directed into intermediate divergent spaces 16 in which fuel is swirled and gets into ring chamber 10. Swirling of flow in intermediate spaces 16 provides appearance of eddy currents which are supplied to spiral magnetic circuit 17 forming magnetic field of alternating amplitude and frequency, 1. e. pulsating magnetic field improving efficiency of fuel processing. EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption and toxicity of exhaust gases owing to improved efficiency of fuel preparation. 11 cl, 1 dwg
