FIELD: mechanical engineering; preparation of fuel for internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: fuel is admitted to inlet chamber 11 through inlet hole 2 of body 1 where it is subjected to preliminary turbulization and separation into central and peripheral flows. Central flow passes through hole 6 found in bottom of recess 15 and then flows to widening part 14. Peripheral flow enters circular chamber 9 where fuel is brought into direct contact with surface of annular magnet 10. While flowing through recesses 16 and 17 of peripheral passages provided with holes 7 components of peripheral flow are twisted, thus giving rise to eddy currents which are transmitted to spiral magnetic circuit 19 forming magnetic field enhancing efficiency of treatment of fuel. During motion of peripheral flow through axial hole of magnet 10, its velocity is limited due reduction of flow section by limiter 18. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of preparation of fuel; reduction of toxicity. 10 cl, 1 dwg
