FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oscillating system with device for eliminating or reducing unbalanced forces and it can be used in lifting mechanisms with counterbalancing devices. Proposed mechanism contains rocket and counterbalancing unit installed on base. Said unit comprises follower pair consisting of roller and follower and flexible member one end of which is connected with rocker and other end, through lever, is connected with one link of follower pair. Mechanism is furnished with second lever one end of which is connected with rocker through hinge joint and the other is installed for displacement along base. Second link of follower pair is installed on second lever. EFFECT: enlarged range of rocker swinging angle at reduced deformation of flexible member. 3 dwg
