FIELD: high-temperature water and steam conduits operating, mainly in equipment of nuclear power stations. SUBSTANCE: heat insulation panel includes closed panels of stainless thin-sheet material. In cavities of said panels there are heat insulation layers, for example on base of mineral fibers. Rigidity of panels is provided due to corrugated shells having along perimeter reinforcing collars mutually joined by means of tubular members. Panels are arranged with gap relative to water and steam conduit. Supports are arranged in said gap. Panels are mutually fastened by means of detachable locks automatically released when load acting upon them exceeds predetermined level. EFFECT: lowered possibility of breaking panels at emergency rupture of high-temperature water and steam conduits. 2 cl, 3 dwg
