SUBSTANCE: device determining physical properties of liquids includes generator of ultrasonic oscillations, receiver, register, piezoelectric converter, measurement chamber with reflecting screen. Chamber is positioned above float coming in the form of cylinder and two cones attached to it. Piezoelectric converter is placed on float with the aid of double siphon filled with liquid. Reflecting mirror of measurement chamber is anchored around edges of float by means of protective screen manufactured in the form of spacer rods.
