FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with method atmospheric pressure, temperature and relative humidity are measured every three hours beginning from origin of day. Change of weather is determined by comparison of obtained data in specified time interval with data of preceding single day taken as data base. Collections of weather parameters a and b measured in the course of chosen time period corresponding to preceding and following calendar days are compared by given condition. Value of k generated per each pair of preceding and present days are used to plot dependence k on time and weather clusters- corresponding types of weather are found with their aid to make forecast of weather change. EFFECT: increased accuracy and simplified approach to computation of weather changes. 2 dwg
