FIELD: weather stations, mobile and other weather-prediction pieces of equipment. SUBSTANCE: current meteorological measurements of ambient temperatures in Kelvin degrees, atmospheric pressure, and relative air humidity are made every three hours with period equal to one calendar day. Measurement data obtained are used to determine analog in the range of many-year measurements by comparing current measurement lines with data base lines using equal to criterion. To this end, lines are quantized, that is, divided into integer numbers from 2 to n, where n is maximal index of weather prediction. Analog is determined by using line found in data base and first value of daily forecast is taken by shifting through one day ahead; this value is also compared and second value of daily forecast is determined by found analog; then first prediction value for second day is determined while shifting through one day ahead, and so on up to the end of prediction. EFFECT: improved confidence of prediction, optimized space-time proportion of parameters measured, enhanced time component.
