FIELD: motor-car safety mirrors and hot-mirror panels for heating premises.
SUBSTANCE: proposed heated mirror has glass backing with conductive reflecting layer on its rear end whereon stainless steel is evaporated in vacuum, its geometric thickness being 20 to 1000 nm. Mirror reflectivity factor is 50-60% in visible spectrum area of 0.4-0.7 μm. Power dissipated on mirror is 2 to 30 W for 12-V power supply. This mirror is characterized in ability of easy condensate removal and maintenance of high reflectivity factor when used in vehicles and also as hot-mirror panels for heating premises.
EFFECT: facilitated manufacture and use.
