Device implementing proposed method has vehicle with windows and information medium with advertising information installed along path of vehicle motion. Advertising information is formed by systematic series displaying separate serial frames of picture change dynamics. Width of each frame is chosen from graphical dependence of Figs. 6 and 7 and distance from vehicle window to information medium, from that of Figs. 4 and 6 of description.
