FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making extravasal correction of inconsistent valves of the femoral vein with autovein. The autovein is transected in single position to make correction with its free end under retained trophic conditions. Several valves being corrected at the same time, the autovein free end is longitudinally transected into two portions. Excessive autovein extensibility and deformability being the case, inextensible unresolving threads are built-in into autovein wall thickness. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved autovein trophic. 3 cl, 4 dwg
