FIELD: medicine, particularly, neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: after stage of diskectomy and decompression of nevral-vascular structures of contents of vertebral column, introduced into intervertebral space are working legs of distractor-repositor, and required dosed distraction of intervertebral space and reposition of vertebras are executed. After restoration of anatomic mutual relations, effected in segment of spinal cord is coordination (alignment) of sight of distractor-repositor with, preliminary installed on patients body, anatomical reference points in form of sighting plugs on center of jugular notch, center of xiphoid process, and in center of symphysis. After alignment of all sighting points (operator's(surgeon's ) eye - center of symphysis-sight of distractor-repositor - center of xiphoid process - center of jugular notch) disk prosthesis is implanted over guide plate to required depth into intervertebral space with monitoring the depth by measuring scale found on working legs.
