FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ellipsoid cross-section tubes gradually increasing to reach intervertebral disk prosthesis size. The number of telescopic tubes is equal to 7-12 depending on required increase in intervertebral space height. The tubes are rotatable to 90 deg. The tubes are rotated by means of T-shaped lever, its working part cross-section matching the cross-section dimensions of the tube to be rotated. EFFECT: accelerated surgical intervention method; fully restored anatomical sizes of intervertebral spaces; retained vertebral motor segment stability and intervertebral space height. 2 cl, 2 dwg
