FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out vitrectomy. Perfluororganic substances are introduced into the anterior chamber via corneal paracentesis so that gas bubble boundary is concentrically positioned with respect to limb 2-3 mm apart from it. Gas is introduced into the vitreous chamber. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in regulating ophthalmic tonus; prevented anterior chamber angle blocking; retained natural intraocular fluid discharge; prevented lens diaphragm displacement.
