FIELD: medicine, cardiology, intensive therapy. SUBSTANCE: along with conventional therapy one should apply serotonin adipinate; 5-500 mg serotonin adipinate solution should be intravenously injected at 5-20 mg/h velocity. Injection could be continued for 10-14 d. The method provides stimulation of cardiac smooth muscular cells, improves contractile myocardial function and decreases symptomatology of said disease.
