SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, cardiovascular surgery. Before the surgery of aneurysmectomy endovascular electrophysiological examination is conducted on the open heart, identifying areas of slow passage, zones of electrical silence. Diagnosed arrhythmogenic areas are marked with radio frequency (RF) tag with ablation electrode. The strength of RF current is 45 W. At the same time irrigation with physiological saline is carried out of 17 ml/min. RF tags are placed on the border of large areas for their further surgical resection during open-heart surgery. During the operation the resection of the affected endocardium is performed on RF tags.

EFFECT: proposed method of preparing patients for surgery can improve the effectiveness of treatment due to optimal excision of the damaged endocardium, reducing the area of postinfarction left ventricular remodeling, improve its contractile function.
