METHOD FOR ESTIMATING CORONARY BLOOD CIRCULATION STATE AFTER HAVING APPLIED SURGICAL INTERVENTION Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B6/00

Abstract RU 2322188 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out integrated clinical examination of a patient, including echocardiography, selective coronarography. Total vascular coronary bed index is calculated. Left ventricle stroke fraction, left ventricle diastolic function and left ventricle contractility dynamics, contractility volume and nature of each segment is determined by applying echocardiography at the third-eighth day after the surgical intervention. The number of injured coronary artery basins is determined by applying selective coronarography. Revascularization degree is determined after the operation from formula: revascularization degree = (revascularization index)/(total vascular coronary bed index)*100%. Revascularization index is determined from formula: revascularization index =(operated arteries score sum)/240. Coronary blood circulation state is estimated as good when revascularization degree>80%, left ventricle stroke fraction>50%, left ventricle diastolic function>1 and left ventricle contractility>1.

EFFECT: high accuracy of estimate.
