FIELD: ophthalmology and psychology. SUBSTANCE: trainee is stepwise affected by commands producing directive effect on the functionally sight- linked portion of locomotor and muscular systems as well as nervous system. More particularly, trainee receives first commands provoking complete weakening of muscular system of locomotor apparatus and eye muscles and then, during 0.5-0.15 min, verbal and visual commands leading to his (her) wakeful weakening. Later, visual system of trainee is subjected, for at least one 0.5-40-min session, to directive effect by way of focusing and refocusing look on at least one attention concentrator varying at least one of the following parameters: illumination, color, shape, and position of screens and attention concentrator in sight field of trainee. Fixation of attention of trainee on directive action is performed stepwise under conditions of feedback with operator or using test tables. EFFECT: enabled integrated effect on trainee. 2 cl
