FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making 5 cm long skin incision between the umbilicus and pubis. The abdominal cavity is punctured in the incision angles. Superior and inferior branches of U-shaped catheter are introduced into conducting tube inserted into puncture hole. The conducting tube is withdrawn. The vertical portion of the catheter has wound-on resoluble union element from catgut thread. The vertical portion of the catheter is fixed with sutures. EFFECT: enabled long-term treatment.
