FIELD: medicine, oncogynecology. SUBSTANCE: one should direct the first microirrigator through round uterine ligament one end of which is in area of external opening of inguinal canal. The second end of the first microirrigator is left in uterine cavity. The second microirrigator is directed through the second round uterine ligament in opposite uterine side. With its second end the second microirrigator is directed through uterine cavity, cervical canal into vagina to be connected with clamping device. External opening of cervical canal is closed with clamping device by tightening the end of the second microirrigator. Then chemopreparations are introduced into closed space of uterine cavity through the end of the first microirrigator located in inguinal area. EFFECT: more reliable and prolonged drainage of uterine cavity. 1 ex
