FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing draining tube through the peritoneum, muscles and aponeurosis from the abdominal cavity side at the level of XI rib along the anterior axillary line into subcutaneous fat. The tube is conducted vertically downward to reach the inguinal ligament. The reverse path of the tube back into the abdominal cavity is formed through aponeurosis, muscles and peritoneum. The anterior abdominal wall is sutured. EFFECT: enabled long term service life of the tube in the abdominal cavity without limitations.
