Mask is constructed in the form of casing joined with glasses having side cylindrical surface with grooves and flanges, and also cylindrical cartridges with protrusions and flanges, said protrusions being adapted for grooves on glass to ensure hermetically compressing mask casing edge between them, whereas height of cylindrical part of glasses constitutes 1.20-1.23 height of cartridge.
