Mastic comprises the following component, wt.%: synthetic rubber, 5-18; mineral oil, 15-23; bitumen, 0.5-3.0; mixture of stearine with polyethylene glycol monoalkylphenyl ester as a dispersant taken in the mass ratio from 1:1 to 1:4, 0.1-0.3; filling agent, the balance.
