FIELD: thermal pump plants. SUBSTANCE: evaporator-condenser includes first and second bent and practically congruent upper and lower tubular collectors. First row of elongated tubular slots is located in upper collector and second row of such slots is located in lower collector. Each tube slot in second row corresponds to tube slot in first row; slots are leveled relative to each other. Collectors are connected by means straight plane parallel tubes having elongated section. One collector has first passage for cooling agent and second collector has second passage for cooling agent. Provision is made for facilitated removal of condensate at retained compact sizes.
