SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has spaced smooth plate-like tubes arranged parallel to each other. Flat tube ends are sealed into bearing plates. Tanks are hermetically connected to each bearing plate. One tank has liquid inlet orifice, another tank includes liquid outlet orifice. Heat-exchanger also has smooth curved tubes arranged parallel to each other and two parallel collectors. Each curved tube has several parallel flat parts located between tube ends, which are inserted and hermetically connected into collectors. Each plate-like tube is located between two adjacent parts of curved tubes to perform heat exchange between plate-like and bent tubes. Bent tubes are arranged between bearing plates.
