FIELD: metering equipment. SUBSTANCE: given measuring box includes hopper, body, control valve with vertical measuring chamber communicating with hopper and branch pipe for discharge of doses. This branch pipe is linked to gas inlet branch pipe and has turbulence chamber with volume equal to 1.5-2.5 volume of measuring chamber where tube for discharge of doses of powder material is located. Diameter of hole of outlet duct of tube for discharge of doses amounts to 1.2-1.8 diameter of hole of inlet duct of measuring chamber and holes of inlet duct to measuring chamber and of outlet duct of tube for discharge of doses in turbulence chamber are located in diametrically opposite sides of matched chambers. Invention enables powder in turbulence chamber to be loosened to form pulverized mixture of particles of powder, to diminish its agglomeration and increase efficiency of further charging of particles of powder for high-grade uniform deposition of coats on envelopes of electric lamps.
