FIELD: coating applying equipment, particularly applying of light-diffusing coating, namely luminophors, on inner bulb surface, applying of coating transforming ultraviolet radiation into radiation located in visible light region on gas-discharge lamp surface. SUBSTANCE: device has bulb holder, supply tube for powder coating, ionization electrode, grounding connection, vacuum means, inner and outer tubes located in spaced relation one into another and located along inner holder surface. Ring is connected to inner tube end and located at spaced relation to outer tube end. Ring outer diameter is equal or greater than inner diameter of outer tube. Air supply system communicates with gap between inner and outer tubes. EFFECT: increased quality due to increased coating uniformity, reduced powder material consumption, eliminating of bulb neck cleaning process, improved bulb appearance. 2 dwg
