FIELD: radio engineering; antenna engineering for communication facilities and radars. SUBSTANCE: proposed antenna is designed for wide-angle scanning in extremely-high-frequency and superhigh-frequency bands within sector of angles abutting against zenith. Top of its dielectric lens is spaced at certain distance and recess surface is shaped as straight annular truncated cone with top in center of antenna array and axis aligned with center axis of lens; angle at cone top does not exceed maximal scanning angle of planar antenna array. EFFECT: enhanced gain, reduced height and mass of lens. 4 dwg
