FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, exercise therapy and rehabilitation. Tested patients are divided into three groups on the basis of initial level of physical workability, determined relative to body weight value of threshold power: with low 1.1-1.30 W/kg, middle 1.31-1.46 W/kg and high 1.47-1.85 W/kg workability. Power of individual physical exercise constitutes 80-85% of arithmetic mean AT, determined in each tested person during testing. Development of aerobic workability is determined by relative growth of value of threshold of anaerobic metabolism, intervals of rest between trainings constitute from 30 to 40 hours and are calculated for each patient on the basis of parameters - beginning, end, maximum of super-recovery phase by mathematical formula.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to build individual training process with adequate individually planned exercise, which contributes to increase of overall tolerance and prevention of complications of ischemic heart disease.
