FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves matching control- and treatment units to patient via the image on two photos, one of which is placed in excitation unit action zone and the second one is placed in control unit action zone. Control result is obtained processing control unit readings on switching in treatment units. The control unit has sensitive element, elements for making coupling to the patient, conversion and indication units. The sensitive element is designed as self-organizing medium, and the coupling units are designed as cones chain and patient photo adjacent to it and coordinating element manufactured from material of uniform characteristics with respect to that of the sensitive element. The treatment unit has multi-sharp-point cathode and high-voltage power supply source, and additionally has sealed casing having cylindrical and conic part. The said cathode is mounted in the center of the conic part pointing outside with its apex. Guiding structure of the first cone is attached to the apex. The guiding structure has several cones of less size. The second photo of the patient is placed at the distance of two main cone heights beginning from the last cone apex of the guiding structure. All conic elements of both units have apical angle equal to 80-90 deg. Control unit sensitive element magnetic permeability changes are recorded during the given time interval and their mean value Ф1 during this time interval. Then, remote action is exerted upon the patient by means of treatment unit. Control unit indicator readings are concurrently recorded during the same time interval and their mean value Ф2 is calculated during this time interval and the Ф1 and Ф2 values are compared. When Ф1/Ф2<1, the positive psychophysical state dynamic is considered to be the case. When Ф1/Ф2≈1, the psychophysical state dynamic changes are considered to be the close to critical one. When Ф1/Ф2>1, the psychophysical state dynamic changes are considered to be the incompatible with patient life. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of remote treatment; high degree of control objectivity. 4 cl, 2 dwg _
