FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has binocular instrument having the left and the right optical systems. Each optical system has photodiode as controllable reference point and radiator with infrared laser building flare field by means of optical means in which patient eye is placed. Built-in laser radiation receiver having variable feedback circuit transmission coefficient to which moderate radiation power unit for comparing to reference item having temperature correction is connected. The comparison unit is set between external radiation receiver and controllable power supply source that is connected to radiator input via current-measuring unit having feedback link to the power supply source. Timer for defining operation time is available in each optical system and unit for setting adjustable radiator feeding frequency. EFFECT: high stability in releasing radiation dose to be emitted. 2 cl, 2 dwg
